今天早些时候，谷歌音乐开始支持账户登录来保存播放列表了。
只要你拥有人人网、Windows Live 或是 Yahoo! ID 就可以登录谷歌音乐，永久保存多个"播放列表"。
甚至还可以将自己建立的播放列表或是单曲、专辑分享给朋友们一起收听。

新功能一发布，马上就有人开始疑惑，为什么支持用三家的账号登录，却不支持自家的 Google 账号？
有趣的是，官方新闻稿里的说法是："谷歌再次显示出对'开放性'的痴迷追求"，就差没自称"云音乐平台"了。
这更引得大家纷纷抛出大大小小的阴谋论。

其实仔细看看就可以发现。
所有 G.cn 的服务都不支持帐户登录。
google.cn/ig 个性化主页只能用cookies保存设置，
finance.g.cn 一旦要使用"管理投资组合"功能，就会自动跳转到 google.com，
与百度知道、百度贴吧直接竞争的问答与来吧也穿着 tianya 的马甲。

为什么谷歌音乐以及谷歌中国的所有服务都不能用 Google 账号登录呢？
答案很简单，这是 Google 在某种状况下立的规矩。
早在2006年 Google 的 "Testimony: The Internet in China" 一文中就说的很清楚了。
由于文章比较长，而且在墙外，我在下面摘录几段：

Privacy and Security.

……

We will not store data somewhere unless we are confident that we can meet our expectations for the privacy and security of users' sensitive information. As a practical matter, meeting this user interest means that we have no plans to host Gmail, Blogger, and a range of other such services in China.

……

(3) Limit Services
Google.cn today includes basic Google search services, together with a local business information and map service. Other products – such as Gmail and Blogger, our blog service – that involve personal and confidential information will be introduced only when we are comfortable that we can provide them in a way that protects the privacy and security of users' information.

简单翻译一下就是：除非 Google 确信可以保证用户信息的隐私与安全，否则 Google 在中国的业务不会存储任何用户信息。
三年了，在中国谷歌还是没有"信心"保证。
不过幸好，他找到了曲线救国的方式。

反过来说，要是哪天 G.cn 可以用 Google 帐户登录了，我们也可以从中嗅出点什么来。
